Okay, so it's been ages since I did the Wysteria quests. I'm pretty sure it's been almost 3 years since I did them, if not more. I have some lower level characters, some that may be high enough level to get into Wysteria (at least my Life wizard should be able to) but I haven't gotten any quests to get into Wysteria on my Life wiz yet (almost level 34). Where and when am I supposed to get them?

At level 25 you can go to Ambrose and he'll give you the quest To The Registrar and you start from there.
