Need Help With Purchasing Crowns

So basically, I bought some, and was told that I can't buy more until I talk with Kingsisle. They were really speedy with the email, which was cool, but they asked for the email my account is associated with, cuz my old one is gone, and the last four digits of my card, and the name. Is this normal?

They queried about the email and credit card information for security reasons which is of course good for them to do. It's protocol.

However, your credit card info disappearing is completely normal, especially if you didn't tick the 'save credit card info' box on the billing screen.

Again, that is usually completely normal.

However, remember that you can also directly pose these questions to KI itself if you suspect foul play.
