earn crowns button doesn't working

hello.
the earn crowns doesn't working since december 2017.
i think that maybe you have stopped working with my country or something.
can you plz help me with it?

It's likely that the Earn Crowns button is for US only players. There's nothing for UK players either.

You may want to go into your settings and see if the earn crowns button is off, after and update mine sometimes turns off.

Sorry for the confusion. If you live outside the US, the inventory of videos available to you will be very limited.

but I didn't get videos for almost 3 months.
if this is limited that must be 5 crowns a day instead of 10.
it is not fair to not let us get it.
if it is limited you should do this less than US

I saw your previous message on this, and I forwarded your state information on file to our Video Supplier to see if there was a reason that area was not receiving any videos. I'll check back with them again. Sorry to hear of the difficulties.
