Hi, I submitted a ticket earlier today and I had a misconception that my ticket number would somehow be the key to any response I would receive and I have since been informed by a friend that kings isle support responds to tickets via email. The problem is that I do not know what email is linked to my account but I believe it is one that no longer exists (the ticket page, by the way, did not have a place for me to fill out my email). If anyone from support sees this my ticket number is #180107-000410
