Can't claim my bundle items.

So I had just bought the Shinobi bundle today, but when I went into the game to claim
the items, it kept giving me this message "Uh oh, there was a problem claiming you items
try again". And before you say anything, YES my backpack is empty, and NO there is no elixir
involved. I try to claim ANY item and I can't. Can someone please help, because right now I
feel like I just blew 26.00 dollars.

Try logging out wait a few moments and then try logging back in again. - I got the same message some time ago and this solved it.

Already tried that. I logged back in multiple times and still the same issue.
And contact support isn't helping either.

Okay, my final option (since I'm not sure what else can be done) is to:
  • Uninstall and install back Wizard again.
  • Try logging in on another computer

If this fails, pressure support again.
