my gift window didnt appear

I was redeeming the 12 days of spiral gifts and the gift window wont appear. not sure if it was my computer or the game, but please help me.

If you entered the code in after you logged in or are in game you have to cancel the login or exit the game then just do the wizard101 startup again and it should be there!
