I had to reinstall the files recently because it said I needed to run the installer again (which didnt work) so I deleted the installer and then redownloaded it, but it wont let the installer do anything. It will go through the install shield for a moment, then say "The installed version of the application cannot be determined. The set up will now be terminated"
I have no idea what to do, I've uninstalled the installer multiple times and redownloaded multiple times. Nothing is working
