Keeper of the Fang Dungeon Issue

I have already completed the Order of the Fang dungeon, but even after I spoke to Shalek the Wise and my dungeon partner left, I was still instructed to defeat the Keeper of the Fang. I went back to defeat the minion, but it still tells me to defeat the keeper. Please help.

You are sure that you completed it? All 3 locks broken, all four guardians defeated and the Golden Fang collected and returned to the elderly one?

Yes, I just decided to go back and redo the dungeon which fixed the issue. Thanks.
