Shadow Pip is not random.

Here What I tested so many times.
* When i use all my pips shadow pip come up right after that.

Can KI Staff can explain why is that?

Shadow pips are based off of a percentage, if you use all of your normal pips it doesn't increase or decrease your chances of getting a shadow pip, it may of been a coincidence that you got the shadow pip after spending your normal pips, but there's no correlation between shadow and normal pips.

After strenuous testing, I believe you are experiencing a phenomenon known as "confirmation bias". Unfortunately, KingsIsle cannot assist you with that particular problem.

If you want a response from KI Staff, send an e-mail to them. You'll have a way better chance there since you seem against the idea of believing any claims from your fellow wizard community.

They're just trying to help.

He's not trolling, he's simply saying that he tested it and it doesn't happen, and confirmation bias is a tendency of people to favor information that confirms with their beliefs, or ideas.

Shadow pips are based on a percentage basis. Using specific gear and increase that percentage.

Each test can offer different results on this topic.

Some what they are but try this out with nothing to boost your shadow pips like shadow pip bonus you can still get a shadow pip anyways It happened to me when I was helping allot of people using that thing next to the bazaar.
