Are Quest only creatures supposed to be in the monstrology Tome? Several have been found and they are still there after last nights update, so are they just supposed to be there or should we be sending this to Support?

Nightstalker and Addere Timeo are two prime examples of one-time only Monstrology listed creatures. Only death wizards doing the Death Prism quest can fight them and only once.
After finishing all of Azteca I am still missing 7 creatures, I have no wizards actually questing in that world, so I can not check for quest only creatures, but here a few potential ones based on looks, the are all not repeatable:
