I just got the quest to go to mooch and "Explore MooShu in teleport chamber" but I have previously visited MooShu. I am in the teleport Chamber but the quest isn't resolving/completing.
This quest goal requires you to visit the entrance door of the World Tree, inside Bartleby. When this quest was made, along with the rest of Mooshu, the programmers assumed many people would not have castles, and would teleport to their dorms instead, and go inside the World Tree, which is now outdated, as many players have castles.
So, enter the World Tree, and from there, enter Mooshu.
I had this same issue. I went inside Bartleby and the quest registered it as exploring the MooShu teleport chamber. Try going into Bartleby specifically.
