Invisible Master Password

Okay, I'm sure most of you have probably seen TONS of questions just like this.

I am of age to have text chat, but I made my Wizard101 account years before, I have read how I go into my account and click master password to enable but it's not there! I checked again but I am still right. Any ideas? Please help!
