I know for the hitter to be last, he/she has to go home and teleport back and since im storm im usually hitting so my question is that does me leaving the dungeon and coming back does it make my drop rates lower or my drops aren't as good because of me leaving dungeon.

No, your drop rate is random each time you join the battle. The person who kills will get the same amount as the person who doesn't kill. The person in the last circle will get the same amount as the person in the first circle.
