I am a max storm with 50 pierce. So far I've recently noticed this bug in Mirror Lake but I've seen it happen in other areas too.
I think it is client side, but when there is a shield -50 or higher it always has one more % of shield on my end.
For instance, if an enemy casts a -90 shield, my pierce should result the shield to -40, however it shows as -41%. The same as tower shields (-50% becomes -1%) even though I have 50 pierce.
It's not really a huge issue but it does seem odd that it happens.
Have you tried unequipping everything and then checking your pierce to see if it results it it being "1" I dont know for sure it could be a client side issue it could also be a flat rate thing.
