Wizard101: won’t let me play certain wizard when clicking play button
Hi all so recently i got back into wiz but when I login to the game and enter the character select screen I am unable to load in my balance wizard into the game and am stuck on the entering game screen. The strange thing is this only happens with my balance and no other wizards are affected by this, also when I try to delete the wizard nothing happens. If anyone could please help me I’m in desperate need as I have spent a lot of money on him.

This is very odd, please reach out to customer support as they may be able to help.
Thank you for the advice I am currently working with support as they investigate this matter for me. I will try to keep everyone updated with everyone, if anyone has experienced anything similar or this issue please feel free to share your experiences and any solutions that you believe will help me fix this
