Re: Any way to buy jewels from bazaar or crown shop

First off, welcome to the game!
There is currently a Jewel Shop vendor in Unicorn Way that you can purchase some jewels for arena tickets. (Arena Tickets are earned as PvP Rewards)
While there is a large assortment of jewels available as drops throughout the game, there are no individual jewels for sale with crowns, however, the Crown Shop does have jewel packs based on school, currently available for 599 Crowns each.
There is also the Farley's Gardening Pack (499 Crowns each), that drops jewel-based seeds, such as the Star Jewel Blossom, the Triangle Jewel Blossom, etc. that when harvested in a garden, they will drop a jewel based on the flower they're from.
There are also various vendors that allow you to craft jewels based on your level that can be found throughout the Spiral.
