I was recently trying to complete the Throne Room of Fire and got two other people to help with a team up. We beat Krokenkahmen and the two of them ran back to the start to use the item to end the dungeon. I then run back to do the same but, for some reason, I can't. The prompt to hit X to use the item just does not appear. I stand in the exact right spot and nothing happens. I then had no choice but to reset the dungeon. As of now, there doesn't seem to a fix. Has this happened to anyone else here, or even in any dungeon?
