Lots of MMOs have a sort of drop down menu for quests that helps organize them by location, skills, etc. I think it would look a lot cleaner if the quests were organized by world, skills (crafting, fishing, etc.), and so on. I find it hard to find certain quests when the book is filled with side quests. Making abandoning quests an option would be nice too.
