We are aware of the issue where some folks are encountering a 'light blue screen' when trying to access their accounts on one of KingsIsle's websites. We are working diligently to craft the correct "Bug-B-Gone" potion and hope to have this dispelled in short order.
Please do not contact support for this issue unless you have an account emergency.
PS: Some Wizards have reported a temporary work around by using an incognito/private browser. Feel free to try this out if you need access to your account now.
