Empyrea- cant find samsara village

i have a quest "we got a mandalla down" but when i go into the stream portal i cant find the option to go to samsara village.

I am having the same problem. I have to speak to Koel in Samsara Village but can't find it. Did you ever find it?

Did you try using your quest arrow?

Yup, it takes me to the steamportal, but none of the worlds there connect to Samsara. I don't have the Chaos Jungle as an option either.
