You have to finish the main quest line in Krokotopia in order to get to Marleybone and that goes for all the worlds after that!

Missing Souls from the Oasis should take you to Marleybone

Don't forget to grab the stray cat collect quest from Zeke when you arrive...it will give you a precious training point
