Hi, im a lvl 111 fire and i can't seem to be able to get the quest for raging bull. I have reached over lvl108 and has completed the quest "story of the sky anchor", ive went to the arcanium fire school teacher and there was no quest for me to accept. I even used quest finder to see if maybe i missed something but no. idk what to do so i need some help pls.
