Commons Loading error?

I can't venture into the commons and i get stuck on the loading screen, endlessly stuck. I've tried to log off, shut off my pc, and even delete the game and redownload. PLZ HELP MEE :3

Check your internet connection, your internet could be poor and maybe why it would be stuck in the loading screen
