Does anyone know a rough estimate of when the next member benefit will be?
I'm not sure and KI change it about a bit to keep us on our toes and keep it exciting, but this link shows past promotions and may help you estimate when and what to expect coming up

KI has been fairly consistent that almost every week, but no longer than every other week, there has been some kind of member benefit during this 10th anniversary.
We just finished Double Pet XP, this past weekend. I would expect the next one either this weekend or next.
Member benefits generally come up every Friday and leave about Sunday or Monday (the exception being the double daily benifits which last about two weeks to allow just under a full cycle of doubled rewards)
