I believe I have 1 TC of Loremaster personally I am looking for Calypso cards(need 20) to craft the spell.

You can get the recipe for Loremaster tc from the same vendor that gives the recipe for the loremaster spell

You can win the loremaster spell by battling loremaster in Dragonspyre. That's how I got it.

Loremaster TC drop from gardening the Sword Fern plant. They are extremely rare drops from battling the Loremaster herself. And, they can be crafted. Out of those three options, gardening was the fastest route for me.
