Wizard101 max storm wizard stats. Are these good?

Are these good max storm wizard stats?
Health: 5052
Damage: 134
Resist: 54
Critical: 730
Power pip: 100%
Flat resist: 104 to all
Health incoming: 27%
Pip conversion: 436
Maycasts: Supercharge
I have a second gear set as well. Is it good?
Health: over 5300
Damage: 145
Resist: 37
Critical: 752
Power pip: 96%
Flat resist: 52 all
Health incoming: 12%
Pip conversion: 436

I like the second set more, but whatever the case is, both sets seem very good to me.

I'd use Sample I for Boss Battles (since longevity is important here) and Sample II for simple quests.

But, what about your pierce? That's also important.

My pierce for first set is 9%. My pieces for second set is 14%. BTw my flat resist for second set is not 52, it is 104 universal
