I accidentally logged onto Grub Guardian while on Wizard, and Wiz logged me out; everything is fine now. But, will KI take it as "someone else" logged into my account when actually it was just me? Will get get banned for this?

You can only be logged in once. So either test realm, live realm, or Grub Guardian. If you try doing a second login, the first one will get logged out.
I've done that so many times. I've also had that message when I've tried to log in another account but accidentally used the details of an account I've already got loaded.
I don't work for KI and don't speak for them but I have done this soooo many times without any problem that I really don't think you need to worry at all.
