I was in the Spiral Ark after I was defeated by KHAAAAAN! and was waiting for my health to regenerate and noticed that there are two Beans characters. One by the Lux Capacitor and another by the Cyclolabe! I assume the one by the Cyclolabe has been there since landing in Empyrea and the other since finding out Sparck had been taken.
Just FYI or maybe the Aethyr is more powerful than we originally thought? Perhaps a Riker situation like on Nervala IV with the Potemkin....?
