My level is 83. This happened in Saltmeadow Swamp in Azteca. I can't remember the name of the quest I was doing. My backpack and bank aren't full, at it happens every time. I was doing it solo, so I wasn't doing it in a group. I was the only one that had this issue. I can't reproduce this bug. It was about 8pm when this happened. I am still having trouble.
