Emp and couch potato

I know there are a bunch of mobs that drop EMP and couch potatoes, Which are some of the best to farm for them.

I don't know about EMPS but I know you can farm almost anything in Grizellhelm - Savarstaad Pass for couch potatoes. Also pretty sure most things in GZ - Ravenscar drop them too.
