How do i start the Lost Pages quest

I am on my level 31 Life and i dont get the quest for the Lost Pages. Please help!

Lost Pages and B.O.X.E.S. are limited time, recurring events that happen a couple times a year. You just need to wait for it to come around again.

hi, you wont be able to get the lost pages quest line until It comes around again. sorry!
