You haven't progressed far enough through the storyline quests to access it yourself then. As a member you can port to a friend in that location, but you can't go to areas on your own until you complete the quests that send you there.
You have to unlock it through doing the quests in the main story. Not all the areas unlock as soon as you arrive in a new world. Take Grizzleheim for example, even if your level 40 you cant do Ravenscar until you finish all the other areas before it even if your a member. So just do the main storyline quest and eventually you will unlock the area
