I can't seem to find a quest to activate the Moon Obselisk in Three Points. There is no question mark over his head, and I have every single polymorph available. (From what I know of.) I have already completed Azteca also, so I don't know what else is required. Could someone please help me?
There are a number of requirements and you must talk to the right person. Click here for the wiki about this quest. I imagine You have not completed the quests for the Sun or Star Marker or are not talking to the right person. You seem to be the appropriate level and probably have completed the main storyline quest required. You must meet all requirements to be able to begin this quest.
