Celestial intervention Bugged

Celestial intervention is bugged and only sacrificing 1 shield. or did something change that i'm missing?

was hoping the recent update for 02/01/2023 would of included a patch to fix the bug. but saddly it did not, and the spell still only consumes one shield while having more than 3 on.
