I am a big fan of the spellements Sadly, there is one big problem to get enough spellements for higher tiers:
The farming
It's okay to farm certain bosses to get them, but this way it's very annoying So a thought of mine was to get the spellements through the normal quests
The normal quests (main and side) could be reward changed, e.g. we no longer get equipement or snacks and instead we get spellements for the playing school and a world locked spell

Khrysalis -> Dr. Von’s Monster Polaris -> Avenging Fossil Spell Mirage -> Call of Khrulhu Emperia (1) -> Qismah’s Curse Spell Emperia (2) -> Scion of Death
The Grizzleheim, Celestia and Wysteria Spellements could be dropped from the bosses
At last it would be nice, if the spellements drops wouldn't be story locked anymore

personally i'd say i totally agree, it would be a way of showing the wizard improving their magic as they progress on their journey, growing stronger using more than just gear to enhance their power. maybe there could even be dedicated spell study quests that give out spellements.
