Title says it all. Let us craft or buy school mastery jewels which work the same way that a mastery amulet does. A lot of wizards have trained more than just a secondary school and are looking to expand their creativity in dueling. I think a great way to encourage this is to allow mastery jewels so that we can have mastery of more than one school on a single wizard at one time. I have both death and life nearly fully trained on my storm wizard and it would be great if I could build my deck in such a way that allows full use of this training. Another point, is to make gear that competently boosts secondary and tertiary schools without sacrificing much of the primary school statistics. I think this would be a great addition to the game.
