There seems to be an experience bug in the new world. Upon completing the new world, I didn't level to max. I went back to do a few side quests, but they are all awarding 0 experience. This means my wizard is effectively locked at 149. I talked to a few friends about it, and 1 other has the same issue. I sent a ticket to support, but I wanted to post it here as well. Happy Spiraling to all.
The issue seems to have resolved itself; the next day questing experience was working normally. It probably should still be investigated as to why though.
