Portal for Necropolis & Academy not appearing in Dragonspyre

I just repaid for my monthly membership to find my portal in Dragonspyre academy and The Necropolis doesn’t exist?? I can go through the Atheneum and I could access the portals before so I don’t know what’s going on. If someone could fix this asap would be appreciated.
