how do i possibly access to wintertusk. i ve done all grizzleheim main quests. and an duck-faced NPC told me ambrose will call me when i am ready to wintertusk when i reached level 60. however, now i'm 72 still got nothing from anybody about wintertusk. does this mean i ve done wintertusk already?
To gain access to Wintertusk, you must complete the storyline questBlood Brother.
If you complete that quest, then the headmaster will now a new quest for you Cold News, which will eventually result in you gaining access to Wintertusk.
If you're not seeing or gaining this quest, then you haven't completed that Blood Brother Quest.
I also recommend you do the sides, especially the quest I Know a Guy...
