This is my first character, and I'm about half way through Avalon. I was wondering what gear (specifically hats, robes, and boots) I should be using for my level. I've been told multiple different things, such as crafting the Wintertusk gear, farming Waterworks, and farming Lower Zigzag. Is there a certain combo of gear that would be the best to use? Also, my current wand is the Sky Iron Hasta from Mount Olympus. Is there something I can look for that's better?
I usually use the full set of Zig-Zag Gear. It offers more offense than the Waterworks Counterpart (which is more of a balanced, defensive set in comparison).
At your level, you don't need the crafted Wintertusk gear.
But, I would recommend crafting the level 76 storm hat [Woodland Tribal Hood ]available from Lewelynin Dun Dora.
For wands, I usually use the Sinbard Wands available from the Sinbard Packs.
