You should have the basic crafting table from completing the quest: “Wizards in the Mist” given by Eudora Tangletree in Olde Town. Then you travel through Krok and Marleybone to Mooshu, enter the furniture store and talk to Zhi Lan. You are able to purchase all the rest of the crafting tables if you have the gold:

Basic crafting table (if you sold it) = 500 gold
Card crafting table = 1,500 gold
Housing crafting table = 1,500 gold
Equipment crafting table = 1,500 gold

The housing vendors in each world usually sell 2 or 3 different types. Just go to a couple worlds and go to each housing vendor and see if they sell one you're missing.
