I agree. There's some Side Quests I thought i'd love to do. But when I got to the spot, I decided no. So they been sitting in my book collecting dust. I think we should be able to change our mind. It's almost like having our cake and eat too.
I totally agree 100%, i always pick up annoying side quests and forget which is my main quest. I would like to have the option of returning the quest to the NPC that gave the quest. I hate when my quest book is so crowded with millions of side quests.
