Cannot get spell quest for raging bull

Hi, I do not know if it just happens to me but I can not get the ignus quest for the raging bull spell, and I meet all the requirements to get the quest, I'm level 108, I'm in mirage and I'm a fire wizard.
I hope you solve it soon.
