This is for a side quest you get at the beginning of Empyrea Part 2 in Aerial Shore that leads to a side quest in Zanadu to collect Edict of Raven in different locations throughout the world. They are located in Zanadu Sewers, Southwest Aero Plains, Chaos Jungle, and the Stomach. I found the Aero Plains one. Anyone care to help me find the rest? In the Aero Plains, it's in the southernmost section of the map on a small hill on the edge.
