Me and a friend were questing on dragon spire and crystal didn't work for the quest. top two don't do anything not even interactible bottom two are but just animation. can't proceed with quest need help

I have ran into this glitch before. In my experience the best thing to do in this situation is to try changing realms. If that doesn't work, you may need to exit out of the game and re-load.
