How long is it taking you guys to get the tier one robe? I've just had bad luck, I suppose, and I just wanted to know what the general drop rate for it was. Also got Professors' boots for every class except Ice, and guess what class I wanted boots for :P
I've usually had to go in several times and then roll the second chance chest a couple of times as well. Eventually it does drop. I swear nothing good ever drops on the first run, and usually not on the second run either.
