I purchased a bundle and crowns online at Wizard 101. The crowns are in my wizard account, but I can't find the items that were included in the bundle. I have two characters on my account if that makes a difference. Where do I find these items? Thanks!
Bundle items must be manually redeemed on the character you want them on. To redeem them, log onto the character you want the item(s) on and look for a gift box icon on the left side of your screen. Click on it, and you should see the items listed there. :)
