For Storm pets, a few nice ones you can find in the pet hatcher are the Cloudburst Sprite, Storm Wartle, and Viper in a Jar. (Last one is technically a Myth pet but most of its users are Storm, ergo you will find more than enough to hatch with.) If yo are persuasive enough to convince the often stoic people in the hatchery with good pets to hatch with you, a Babydactyl is also a nice choice.
Now, for the bosses with no healing cheat, I would recommend double resist/double damage/may cast fairy or double damage/double crit/may cast fairy depending on how good your supporting players are. For the bosses with healing cheats resist is a must. Double resist/triple damage or triple crit is the way to go for these bad boys.
