The second one you played would replace the first one, so no

Using a

spell will cause the one currently in use to dissipate and go away, replacing your new spell used.

So, no, you can't use two star spells at the same time like you can blades.

One will disappear (the previous one) in space of the new, incoming one.

As implied, all Star Spells (Auras) are this way.
