Unable to trash home in shared bank

I have the Grand Citadel house in my Shared Bank. I have removed all items from it, I've checked it a lot to see if I'm missing any items, yet I can't trash it.

I can click the trash button, but it says your transaction was unsuccessful.

Send help.

You can't trash houses.

You have to remove all of the items from the inside and the outside and then you can sell it at a housing shop.
